A: KAG’s charming studio is ideal for clients looking for a private and customized organic beauty experience. Our expertly-trained hair designers and spa beauticians aim to create a beauty experience that is something special.
Q: What product or service do you recommend?
A: My two Favorites: “The Customize me facial” because it’s made just for your personal skin needs and not “one-for-all” like most skin line products… our medical esthetician mixes plant powders and serums to create wonderful results; You also have to treat yourself to sultry eyes by tinting your lashes and adding more beauty to them with eyelash extensions.
Q: What makes you stand out?
A:We offer a complete array of beauty services and comprehensive bridal packages, KAG uses all natural, organic products and state-of-the-art equipment.
Q: Do you only use airbrush makeup?
A: No, we have a regular makeup collection for women who prefer a more standard application.
Q: Is airbrush makeup the same thing as an airbrush tan?
A: The concept is similar but the effect is different. The foundation that we use for your face is a water-base product that lasts more than 12 hours. An airbrush tan is a solution that is sprayed all over the body and changes the tone of your skin for up to one week. We do not offer airbrush tanning.
Q: Why does airbrush makeup help you look flawless?
A: They are little dots of color that blend with your skin natural pigmentation to help cover blemishes, acne scars and discolorations. Clients say their face has a “porcelain” finish after airbrushing.
Q: Can airbrush makeup feel too heavy?
A: Not at all and it lasts all day long. The look depends on your skins needs and the way that is applied. If you have acne scars, airbrushing it is a great option for you. If you are lucky enough to have near-perfect skin, we might suggest a light airbrush misting to finish you off. We recommend complete trial runs for all our bridal clients to experience the full effect prior to your event so we can cater your makeup application to your preference.
Q: Can you cut my hair to fit the up-do I have in mind?
A: Absolutely, we can achieve that awesome haircut to fit perfectly with your wedding up-do prior to the day of your wedding.
Q: Can you cover tattoos?
A: Yes, we have an alcohol-based foundation that will cover your tattoo and it doesn’t rub off on your clothes. It only comes off with alcohol.
Q: Do you travel onsite for bridal events?
A: Yes, we can travel onsite or you can come and relax at our beautiful spacious bridal suite.

Q: Are all of the pictures in your Portfolio actual clients or are they models?
A: Yes, all of the pictures in our Portfolio are clients of Keep Austin Gorgeous. If you wish to send us a picture please email it to info@keepaustingorgeous.com.
Q: When can I schedule my hair or spa services?
A: Our studio is open for regular hair care and spa services Tuesday Saturdays. Please call us if you have any questions 512-377-1792 or book online 24/7.
Q: Do you offer additional bridal party discounts?
A: Yes we do. Our prices are already discounted and we have one of the best deals around.
Q: Can I upgrade my package?
A: Absolutely, we want you to look as gorgeous as you could possibly be. With our bundle packages you save money!
Q: Do you offer waxing services or facials?
A: Yes we do! We recommend getting your eyebrows done 7-4 days before the wedding. If you have a special event but your skin is breaking out example: “A wedding” or “photo shoot”, we have a miracle wand that stops acne or breakouts. Our Clear me up facial is your solution. Click here to read more.
Q: Can I add more bridesmaids, hair or makeup sessions?
A: Of course, as long as we have a spot.
Q: How can you guarantee my wedding date?
A: If you already have a contract in place with us, we are confirmed for the wedding. If you are sending a deposit via mail, we really can’t. We work on a first-come-first-serve basis. If we receive two deposits for the same day, we will returned the latest arrival, but if we have time we will let you know. The easiest way is for you to come to a free consultation with our wedding planner. She will help you coordinate hair and makeup appointment and take care of the deposit/contract in person. Q: If I book my appointment with one artist and after my trial run I still have questions, can I email her my concerns or can I request a different artist?
A: We always encourage you to be honest and open with us, is your special day, you need to feel confident. We offer a 100% client satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not happy, we would love for you to give us a second chance at no cost.
